Refund Policy
1. Refund Shall be initiate when :
a. Formal request receive to cancel the order. (For more details please refer Cancellation
policy)
b. Order was not processed and delivered to recipient.
c. If there is any complaint regarding delivered product and after checking if it is true,
customer will get full refund or product will be replaced by us.
2. Refund shall be initiated within 5-6 working days.
3. In all matters flowersforusa is authorized and Decision maker to initiate for refund.
