Cancellation and return Policy
1. Cancellation shall be made before 2 days of the actual delivery date of the product. Cancellation
will not be made if it goes in process. For courier products cancellation is not possible if product
is dispatched.
2. Cancellation shall be initiate after receiving request with mail subject “Cancellation Order No.”
and Send to flowersforusa@gmail.com.
Mail describes these points….
a. Order No.
b. Reason of Cancellation
c. Account details to Refund amount
3. Return is possible when product is not delivered as per delivery criteria and refund shall be
made against it.
4. If order is for Flowers and cake, return is not made in any circumstances.
5. Cancellations shall be initiate only after formal Cancellation request.
6. In case of cancellation of a product 10% charges will be applicable.
