Delivery Information
Same Day delivery in USA is possible when you order before 3pm. For customer satisfaction we will make every order with specified products but in some cases florist may need to substitute some flowers or container as to insure time delivery of you special occasion.
We will give our best effort to make your order deliver as per delivery date and specified locations but
sometimes delivery issues happened and that too cannot be avoided. In that case we will contact you as
early as possible to inform you and then precede your order to attempt delivery.
Address must be correct from your end if there is any correction need in your address inform us within
hour after placing order. If delivery not happened due to wrong address no refund or re-delivery will
happen.
If you do not receive a delivery confirmation in 24 hours contact our customer care executive so that we
can track your order and inform about delivery status.
Substitution Policy

substitute with similar flowers or different colors equal or higher value paid.
For Plants or Special Gifts products will be used as mentioned online but sometimes due to non-
availability of same product similar product will be used.
